To return the product (s) in your order;

If there is any abnormal condition such as damage, bruising wetness in the parcel / package sent; please do not receive the shipment. Cargo or Warehouse will return to us and necessary action will be taken.

In the testimony of the cargo official, the minutes prepared at the time of first delivery are very important in revealing the responsible of the missing and damage. Missing and / or damage notices made hours after receiving the cargo may be rejected depending on the inspection, as there is no record or not prepared at the time of first delivery.

If return of the products inspected by the inspection unit is accepted, you must submit an additional return request with all the invoice copies issued by us for the product. You must state the reason for your return in your petition.

IMPORTANT: Before returning the product to us, please call us to provide a reason for the return, sometimes there may be problems due to lack of information on product use.

SEND YOUR RETURN PRODUCTS WITH A NOTE TO REFUND YOUR RETURN REASON AND THE ORIGINAL INVOICE

All shipping costs of the products to be returned belong to the buyer (customer).

General return conditions are as follows;

REFUNDS

Refund of original box / packaging and products that have lost resability or cannot be purchased by another customer is not accepted.

You must send a copy of the original invoice (all copies at you) and the reason for return with the product you wish to return.

For products that may have discrepancy in product selection, you should order technical support.

Products manufactured in special sizes are not refundable.

Damage caused by shipment is not covered by warranty.

Refund Transactions

After you send us your refund, which meets the above-mentioned conditions, by calling us, packing it to prevent damage to the original packaging of the product, it will be reviewed by the Returns department upon your return. If the above conditions are met, return process is initiated. The duration of this process varies from 3 to 7 days. By contacting you for your return, which is reviewed by the return department, one of the process of sending a new product, creating a refund or gift certificate is carried out according to your preference.
